		<description>SOrry to say, I have no clue what that is, but someone somewhere has to know.  My advice is get some clearer, better pictures, and see about adding a pic of it attached to a Genesis.  Once you have better pics, I say hit GameFAQS and ask someone on the Genesis Board what it is.</description>
